- 7th October – Announcement of the results
- 15th December – Report of the achieved results so far (draft of the scientific manuscript)

Below you will find detailed information and guidelines for submitting your proposal. Please submit your completed proposal to marekjelinek@ftz.czu.cz by September 30, 2024.
Project Title
Your project title should be a concise text item, containing a maximum of 256 characters. The title may include letters, numbers, and special characters, starting with a capital letter and not ending with a period (.). Avoid using abbreviations. The title should clearly reflect the expected outcome of the project.
Name and Surname of the Main Project Coordinator
Please provide the full name of the main project coordinator responsible for overseeing the research project.
Key Words
Indicate up to six key words that best describe the focus of your project, separating each with a semicolon (;). Key words can consist of multiple words but should not include abbreviations.
Summary of the Project Proposal (Annotation)
Provide a summary of your project in no more than 250 words. This summary should encapsulate the essence and objectives of your project and may include letters, numbers, and special characters.
Subject Areas of the Project
Identify the subject areas addressed by your project, ensuring that they accurately reflect its nature. You must indicate at least one of the following subject areas:
- Waste of war
- Deforestation as a consequence of war
- Disturbance of ecosystems
- Air and water pollution
- Consequences of lost access to water sources (e.g., Black Sea)
- Polluted soils – potential effects
- Biodiversity losses
- Migration and its effects on the agrarian sector
Objectives of the Project
Describe the objectives of your project in a maximum of 200 words. Clearly outline the goals and expected outcomes.
Multidisciplinary Research Team
Detail the composition of your multidisciplinary research team, including:
- Each member’s position in the team (e.g., Main Coordinator, Co-Researcher).
- Their affiliation to one of the universities within the AgriSciences Platform (Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University, Sumy National Agrarian University, Sumy State University, Mykolaiv National Agrarian University, Dnipro State Agrarian-Economic University, and Czech University of Life Sciences Prague).
- Their status (e.g., PhD student, Staff, Master’s degree student, Bachelor’s degree student).
- The working unit or department where each person studies or works.
This section should not exceed 500 words. Note that this call is intended for newly created multidisciplinary research groups or those previously established within the AgriSci-UA project, involving members from at least two universities of the platform.
Budget
Complete the budget table with all amounts in EUR. The maximum grant amount available is 950 EUR.
Rationale (Explanation) of Project Budget
Provide a detailed explanation of the budget, including specific amounts required for individual working units. Break down remuneration and scholarships by the names of participating researchers according to their respective working units.
Overview of the State-of-the-Art
Describe the current situation in your field with a literature review. This section should be a maximum of 1,000 words.
Methods Used
Clearly describe the methods you will use for data collection, data analysis, and experiments. The description should not exceed 1,000 words.
Time Schedule of the Project (Timetable)
Provide a clear, trackable timetable for the project. The maximum project duration is 12 months.
Project Benefits (Contribution) and Planned Outcomes
Describe the contributions and planned outcomes of the project. This should include at least one scientific contribution submitted to a WoS/Scopus indexed journal, with the following dedication: “We are thankful to the Czech Development Cooperation support, which allowed this scientific cooperation to start.” Additionally, submit a draft of the scientific paper by December 15th to marekjelinek@ftz.czu.cz.
