The essence of the project is to apply a systematic approach to the study of the interdependent triad \u201csocio-ecological-economic\u201d all the significant benefits and risks of organic farming compared to conventional. This will allow to identify and minimize existing value-motivational conflicts in management, to achieve proper international, intersectoral and inter-institutional cooperation and interaction in the management vertical, optimize management, make appropriate profits without harming natural ecosystems, biodiversity.<\/span><\/h3>

Multidisciplinary research team composition:<\/strong><\/h3>

The main project coordinator responsible for planning activities, schedule, financial management, achieving outputs and communication, as well as conducting experiments and collecting data is PhD Tetiana Grabovska<\/strong> (Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University, Department of General Ecology and Ecotrophology).<\/h3>

Prof Dr Vitaliy Lavrov<\/strong> (Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University, Department of General Ecology and Ecotrophology) is responsible for methodological consulting.<\/h3>

Co-researcher is Prof Dr Olena Dobrovolska<\/strong> (Dnipro State Agrarian-Economic University, Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance), she will provide consulting, organizational and methodical support.<\/h3>

Valentin Shevchenko<\/strong>, bachelor degree student (Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University, speciality 101 \u201cEcology\u201d), he will take part in conducting field experiment, seminars and workshops.<\/h3>

Vitaly Shramko<\/strong>, master degree student (Dnipro State Agrarian-Economic University, speciality 072 \u201cFinance, Banking and Insurance\u201d), he will take part in conducting field experiment, seminars and workshops.<\/h3>

Ing. Marek Jel\u00ednek<\/strong>, PhD student, member of Biogas Research Team, Faculty of Tropical AgriSciences, Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. He will be participating in the data analysis and working on the final paper.<\/h3>

Dr. Hynek Roub\u00edk<\/strong>, Group leader of Biogas Research Team, Faculty of Tropical AgriSciences, Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. He will be responsible for working on the final paper.<\/h3>
